gINT ON-SITE TRAINING: SAMPLE AGENDA

This is an example curriculum for a 2-day training course for corporate clients. You are free to modify it as needed. The course will be designed to your specific needs.

Day 1 Morning:

• Overview of the program capabilties.
• Overview of the program structure and navigation.
• Data input: Starting a new project. Editing features.
• Preview from Input.
• Log output.
• Symbols: Composite (Material, Sampler, Well, General), Tiles, Data Markers, Discrete Graphics, Bitmap
• Utilities: Repair/Compact Databases, Library Merge/Copy, Print Object Lists

Day 1 Afternoon:

• Fence output: Preview and Export to DXF, Bitmap, gINT Drawing.
• Create an interpreted cross section from a fence.
• Database design.
• Overview of report design.

Day 2 Morning:

• Build a simple log form.
• Build a simple fence form.

Day 2 Afternoon:

• Data summaries: Graphs, tables, text documents, histograms.
• Output Filtering.
• Interacting with other programs: Import/Export to spreadsheets, Import/Export to CAD, Export to contouring software, calling gINT from other Windows programs.
• Question period and time to cover any items in more detail.

Our instructor will provide presentation equipment and software. Course materials for your attendees may incur an additional cost. Hands-on training requires the client to provide computers for attendees.
