GENERAL PURPOSE REPORTS

These templates have been designed to support the production of your reports. While we have worked to ensure the templates are current and produce correct results, we make no warranty of suitability or correctness. These files are provided at no charge and they are to be taken as-is. You are free to modify these files. Please report any problems with the forms to webmaster@gintsoftware.com.

PLEASE NOTE: Report forms available here are compatible with Version 4 and later unless otherwise noted on specific forms.

Any report with a Last Update of 19 May 1998 or later requires version 4.15.003 or later. Download the latest Version 5 and 6 code updates from the Updates page. To purchase the last Version 4 update on CD-ROM for US$75, please contact us.

If you own gINT Logs you will only be able to output to boring logs and (for gINT Logs Plus) text table reports listed here. gINT Professional capabilities are required to use fence diagrams and all lab test reports (graphs, histograms, graphical tables, and graphical text documents). To upgrade your license capabilities, please contact us.
