gINT SOFTWARE SUPPORT
Important: All licensing questions should be directed to gINT Software in the USA.
Before Contacting Us....
- Have your gINT Client ID/license number handy for reference.
To find this number, from within gINT select the Help menu, and choose About gINT.
- Check for gINT version updates.
In the About gINT window, check the date of your version. If it is older than a month or two, we suggest you download any program updates before calling us for support. We update the gINT program code frequently, and we may have already addressed the problem you are experiencing.

- Installation and Licensing: For questions about installing and licensing gINT, please take advantage of the Installation & Quick Start Guide that came with your software. This will get you into production right away.
- How-to Questions: gINT program Help contains many tutorials and can help with "how-to" questions, such as creating a report template and how to use gINT commands.
