Before Contacting Support
- Have your gINT Client ID/license number handy for reference.
To find this number, from within gINT select the Help menu, and choose About gINT. - Check for gINT version updates. From within gINT select Help > About gINT and then check the date/time of your version. Check our program updates page to see if there is a later version. If so, please update your version of gINT (from within gINT select Help > Check for gINT Update.) We update gINT frequently, and we may have already addressed the problem you are experiencing.
