DOWNLOAD gINT AGS FILE CHECKER

The Association of Geotechnical & Geoenvironmental Specialists Data Interchange Format (commonly known as the AGS specification) is a set of rules for the electronic transfer of subsurface investigation data. It was developed in the United Kingdom in 1991 and has been adopted in a number of countries. More information about this format can be found on the AGS Web site (www.ags.org.uk). gINT fully supports versions 3 and 3.1 of the specification.

We have created a utility to check version 3 and 3.1 AGS files. This utility is available within gINT version 6 and later as a standalone program. If you have gINT version 6 or later DO NOT download this file. You already have it. It is located in your main gINT program folder and is called AGSChecker.EXE. You can also access it in the Input application in gINT under the File:AGS Files menu.

(gINT is not required; don't download if you have gINT v.6 or later, it is included) If you have previously downloaded this installation, you can obtain an update without filling out this form again by visiting the Update Download page.
