18 April 2002:
  1. The units property of the SAMPLE.Length field was "ft".  This was incorrect.  It was changed to "in", which is what the report expects.

  1. Converted to version 5 format.
  2. Changed the header entity groups to take advantage of the associated text properties of text entities.
  3. Changed the blow count fields to integers (from text) and put the intelligence into the form to determine and report penetration refusal.

25 July 2001:
  1.  Made the form "smart" regarding the presence or absence of a well.  If there is a well, the borehole label at the upper right now reads "WELL NUMBER", if there is no well:
    A.  the label reads "BORING NUMBER",
    B.  the well diagram column is removed,
    C.  the contact depth and water levels are moved right the width of the well diagram column,
    D.  the description column header is moved right have the width of the well diagram column, and
    E.  the description column width is increased by the width of the well diagram column.
  2.  In the POINT table, changed the field name Date_Drilled to Date_Started and added the field Date_Completed.
  3.  Automatically adds the text "Bottom of borehole at XX.X feet." at the bottom of the description column.
  4.  Clipped the top of the well graphics column by 0.1" if the "Flush" well surface detail was used.
  5.  Minor cosmetic changes.

LOG A EWNN01.GDT
  gINT project data template.  You will clone this file to create new project files.

LOG A EWNN01.GPJ
  gINT project file containing two boreholes of example data.  One borehole with a well (MW-1) and one without (B-1).  You can use this file to clarify any input procedure questions by looking at the way the data was entered in the Input application.  You can also output this data using the report template to see what the final output looks like.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
  Copy LOG A EWNN01.GDT to your gINT data template directory (usually C:\Program Files\GINT\DATATMPL).
  Copy LOG A EWNN01.GPJ to your gINT projects directory (usually C:\Program Files\GINT\PROJECTS).
  Merge LOG A EWNN01.GLB:
    Bring up gINT.
    Move to the Utilities application group and then to the Lib Merge/Copy application.
    Mark "Merge From".
    Specify the source library file as LOG A EWNN01.GLB.  Remember to specify the path or use the launch button (...) to select the file with a file dialog.
    Check the selection and query options to best meet your needs.  If you wish to merge all of the above, mark Select All and Never Query.
    Move all of the tables from the Available Source Table column to the Tables to Merge/Copy column by clicking the >> button.
    Click the Execute button.

1.  The company information at the upper left is taken from the Help:Company Information dialog.  Remove the "Logo" text and its surrounding rectangle and replace with your company logo (Draw:Discrete Graphics or Draw:Bitmap Symbol).
