REVISION HISTORY
****************
15 October 2003:
1. Previous versions assumed that all holes were surveyed. Added the field "Casing Stickup" in the WATER OBSERVATIONS table that handles the cases where an elevation survey was not made. In those cases where there are no values for the POINT.Elevation or WATER OBSERVATIONS.Top Casing Elev fields, supply the a value in WATER OBSERVATIONS.Casing Stickup field. Supply a negative value for casings that are recessed below ground. Under these conditions, the report changes the "Water Levels (ASL)" label to "Water Depths" and outputs the appropriate depth values.
*************************************************
06 August 2003:
1. The 29 October 2002 revision had the incorrect table name for the water observations in the log report. This revision fixes that. No other changes.
*************************************************
29 October 2002:
1. Converted files to version 5 format.
2. Added Depth Log Page fields in both the PROJECT and BOREHOLE (POINT) tables. See the descriptions at the bottom of the screen when on those fields for details on their usage.
3. Moved the Top of Casing Elevation and all the water level observation fields from the BOREHOLE (POINT) table to the new WATER OBSERVATIONS table. This make data entry a bit easier. The report was changed to read data from the either the POINT or WATER OBSERVATIONS tables so that it maintains compatibility with projects created with the previous structure.

03 January 2002:
1. It was pointed out that the descriptions of the water observation depth fields stated that the report would assume that the depths were measured from the top of the casing if a top of casing elevation was given, otherwise the top of ground. This was not the case. The report now does that. If you have existing data where you input the water depths relative to the ground and you have a top of casing elevation, you can change the water depths to be below top of casing or just put in a non-numeric character in the Top of Casing Elev field so that the report thinks its a note instead of a number and will assume the water depths are below the top of ground. For example, instead of 123.45, input 123.45'. The foot tick at the end invalidates the entry as a number.
2. Made numerous cosmetic changes to the internal construction of the report and to the layout of the database to take advantage of many new features in the program. These changes will not affect the look of the output or require changes to your existing data.

19 February 2000:
1. We had left out the bottom line on the well graphic column. This revision puts it it.
2. Gave the USCS depth text entity a boundary line property instead of drawing the layer line through this column using a line with depth entity. This allows bending of the line in the case of thin layers.

Initial Upload

INCLUDED FILES:
IA_DNR.GLB
gINT library file containing:
Logs : IA_DNR
Lookup Lists : IA_DNR_SAMPLE_TYPE
User System Data: IA_DNR_Water_Depth_Offset
IA_DNR.GDT
gINT project data template. You will clone this file to create new project files.
IA_DNR.GPJ
gINT project file containing one borehole of example data. You can use this file to clarify any input procedure questions by looking at the way the data was entered in the Input application. You can also output this data using the two report templates to see what the final output looks like.
*************************************************
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
Copy IA_DNR.GDT to your gINT data template directory (usually C:\PROJECT FILES GINT\DATATMPL or C:\PROJECT FILES GINTW\DATATMPL).
Copy IA_DNR.GPJ to your gINT projects directory (usually C:\PROJECT FILES\GINT\PROJECTS or C:\PROJECT FILES\GINTW\PROJECTS).
Merge IA_DNR.GLB:
Bring up gINT.
Move to the Utilities application group and then to the Lib Merge/Copy application.
Mark "Merge From".
Specify the source library file as IA_DNR.GLB. Remember to specify the path or use the launch button (...) to select the file with a file dialog.
Check the selection and query options to best meet your needs. If you wish to merge all of the above, mark Select All and Never Query.
Move all of the tables from the Available Source Table column to the Tables to Merge/Copy column by clicking the [>>] button.
Click the Execute button.
