SPECIAL NOTES:
1. With gINT, each report stores the printer to which it will output. We have set up these forms to work with our printer. When you use these forms for the first time, if the assigned printer does not exist on your system, the program automatically substitutes your default Windows printer. If you wish the B-Size form to output to your default printer, and the printer is capable of 11x17" (also called Tabloid or "B" size) paper, everything will work fine. If not, you must change the printer associated with the form. To do so:
· In gINT move to the Reports application group.
· Move to the Fences report tab.
· Select the File:Print:Printer Setup menu item
· Change the Printer appropriately.
· Select the File:Page:Properties menu item and make sure the paper size property is set to 11x17, Tabloid, or B (it can vary between printers).
Changing the printer in Reports stores the setting. You can also change the printer at output time using the same steps but, like all changes at output time, the setting will only be in effect while that report is current and will revert to the value set in Reports.
2. You need to remove the "Logo" text at the lower left and its surrounding rectangle. You can then specify your company logo in its place (Draw:Discrete Graphics or Draw:Bitmap Symbol).
3. The company information in the lower left is taken from the Company Information dialog (Help:Company Information).
4. Check that the project field references at the lower right match your database fields.
5. The reports are setup to allow you to show "out of range" values for the two Strength fields. The two fields are numeric only fields in the Sample table. In order to indicate if a value if out of range each field has a Boolean field. If the Boolean field is blank the value is not out of range. If you place a check in the Boolean field this indicates that the value is out of range.
6. The symbol used to indicate if a value is out of range on the reports is set by the "Strength Out of Range Sign" field in the Project table.
